Recalling Roses

Fasciation

Fasciation is the abnormal growth of part of a plant into an elongated, often cylindrical form. Reasons for the unusual growth may be attributed to bacteria, insects, chemicals or physical damage. Oddly, I recently had three different plants show signs of fasciation at the same time.
